Yamuna Face Sculpting will make you look younger and feel amazing. Every Private Face Sculpting session takes place on the Biomat and ends with a hot towel treatment and rose water.

The studio is working to help our community slow down the spread of COVID19, Private Foam Rolling, Yamuna Body Rolling as well as Private Yoga sessions are available by ZOOM or or in person. If you are scheduling an in-person private session, please wear a mask, and we will too. Upon arrival for your appointment, we will both wash our hands, and after we are done we will disinfect everything before the next client arrives. All private appointments are being spread out so that there are less people in the building at one time. In Yamanu Body Rolling, it’s all about the bones.
We start by stimulating the bone where the tendon is attached, then move out to the tendon, and then to the muscle. Stimulation of the bone allows for rapid, structural improvements. Direct, gentle pressure to the bone, will release tendons. Release of the tendons will allow a release of the muscles.
