Pick your sauna setting: There are several wellness settings to choose from and each has a preset temperature and time setting. If you feel too hot, you can vent heat out of the sauna or even end your session early. With continued use, you will build tolerance to infrared therapy and be able to stay in the sauna longer. Always listen to your body and tolerance levels.
After your sauna session, dry off with a towel to remove the sweat and toxins from your skin. It is best to let your body cool off naturally and avoid a shower for at least an hour.
