Hero Nomination and
Scholarship Fund
In Honor of Veteran’s Day we are excited to announce our new Hero Nomination and Scholarship Fund.
Each quarter we will ask our yoga community to nominate a Veteran or other Community Hero from the greater community and we will select a hero to receive a wellness scholarship.
This program depends on your input and contributions. Even just donating one class when you buy your punch card will add up and help us to make a difference for someone that needs to be lifted up and acknowledged for their kind and selfless actions. For every dollar you donate for veterans and other community heroes, Grace Yoga will match your donation with in-kind services or classes to veterans and other community members that need scholarship assistance.

The people in the yoga classes are a lot of fun. We joke and laugh and enjoy the time in the class which to me is also beneficial. Sometimes it is uncomfortable to go into poses but as you continue going it gets easier and it feels better. I am rarely sore like a gym workout which is a relief. My chiropractor can tell if I am going to yoga because my muscles are not as tight. This alone is a testament to me that I need to continue going.

I reluctantly started going to yoga after my daughter told me it would help with stress relief and pain management. When my daughter moved out of state I continued to go to yoga and my husband started going with me. My husband and I have found that when we miss yoga we are stiff and have a lot of extra aches and pains. When I go regularly I feel better, sleep better and my back does not bother me as much.

For over a year I have had limited range of motion and pain with movement of my arm. I was unable to sleep on my left side due to my painful shoulder. I decided to try Rossiter and I now have increased range of motion with less pain. I can reach behind my back to fasten clothing and sleep on my left side without pain. I believe Rossiter had made a rapid change in my pain and motion of my shoulder and arm.

Nicole does a great job no matter what your experience level is. She guides you through poses and is very knowledgeable on how to make adjustments to your needs or limitations. She does an amazing job with Dossier too, I can't recommend it or her enough.
